Nephrotic Syndrome

HI All,
I have had Nephrotic Syndrome for six years now. Here is a list of medications I have been on, non of which have worked.

Pregnizone
Cyclosporine
and Now Cell Cept.

Is there any other method out there that may help, or with trying. I am 26 years old, and i feel better with out being on any medication. Cell cept has me throwing up alot, has any one else experienced this side affect? I am only on 500 mg twice a day and my dr wants to take me up to 750? So im assuming this is going to make me feel even worse.
