Acute Glomerulonephritis

My previous health history is as follows -

Since last 2 yrs, I am repeatedly getting boils on skin mostly on lower part of the body ( thighs,buttocks,front line of abdomen).i shown it to one M.D( intern Medicine ) and he gave some antibiotic tabs with out any tests but after some days they got repeated and visited another Dr, in pus culture test its noticed "Staphylococcus aureus" was heavily grown in the body .so he gave AUGMENTIN tabs. bcz of no progress, he gave FIXX-LB ( 20 tabs - daily 2 ). After the course completion boils started again.He suspected lack of immunity causing repeating of those.He gave IMMUNACE PLUS caps.No use. He preferred SEPTILIN-60 ( Himalaya product) for 2months but same old story .so I got frustated with medicine's and went for ayurvedic ( panchakarma )treatment .They gave some blood purification tonics and did cleansing techniques and restricted the diet. I found some improvement for 2 months and the frequency of boils is reduced. Last month i got one serious boil on my rt thigh.So i went to Manipal hospital and they performed all tests. Most of the test( blood, Differential count LFT, HIV HsBAg ) results are okay except the below issues.
1) Protein in Urine ( more than 4 grams per day )
2) Hypertension ( 140/90 ) ( some times ) and edema.
3) less Complement ( C3 ) levels
4) Total Cholestrol ( 213 mg ) - moderate risk

After renal biopsy results, it was identified as MPGN Type - I.
Medicine taking presently.....
1) Atorva 10mg
2) Ecosprin
3) Nephro Caps
4) ATEN - 25 mg
5) LOSAR
6) PERSANTINE 100 mg

I am getting inflammation in my left lower back.
My questions..
a) what is root cause for Immunity disorder & Inflammation and any best treatment exists for it?
b) Do the Steroids will show any major side effects in sexual life like Impotency, Fertility or will to show any effect to my children or Wife(I am going to marry soon ) ?
Your suggestions & recomondations are most valuable to proceed further.
